1804 – /ay-teen-oh-for/
noun
1. The restaurant at VITALIA® Stow.
2. Named for the year Ohio University was chartered, the year of the Louisiana Purchase and subsequent launch of the Lewis and Clark Expedition, and the year Stow officially became its own township. Joshua Stow, the town’s original proprietor and namesake, was once quoted as saying it was “one of the prettiest and most romantic spots in the Western Reserve.” In honor of Mr. Stow’s assessment, we are dedicated to serving the prettiest and most romantic food here in our little corner of it.
