Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow Greatly Appreciates Its Employees

Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow has faced one of the most challenging years yet. As a team, we have come together to make sure residents are taken care of and are our top priority. Our employees rallied as a team to help each department when they needed a hand.

Vitalia – Stow celebrated lots of events this past year. Our Senior Living Director had her first baby boy! We welcomed a new Culinary Director Dave Dreher. Vitalia – Stow expanded their team and welcomed a second Sales Coordinator Kelsey McRill. We can’t wait to see what next year brings with our team growing!

Vitalia gives a shout out to all departments for pulling together as one team to help our culinary team when they needed servers. We had servers who have been with us for years, graduate and move on to their new job! Everyone from Wellness Supervisor to housekeeping helped fill in shifts to make sure everyone was taking care of. Vitalia cannot thank our front-line staff enough for pulling through and changing positions last minute in their day to accommodate who needed help.

Vitalia Stow is excited for a new year! We will focus on specializing creative follow ups for employees. We will focus on doing more team building events in each department, as well as focus on hiring the best smiles possible!
